Strategy Development & Strategy Feedback

To achieve their goals even with limited resources, non-profit organisations need an effective strategy – help by providing feedback on an existing strategy or helping to develop one.

An effective strategy is the foundation of any successful organisation. However, day-to-day operations often leave little time for it, and the necessary expertise is sometimes lacking. In this coaching session, you provide constructive feedback to your counterpart on the existing strategy, clarify which aspects need to be taken into account when developing a strategy, and demonstrate ways to develop a sustainable strategy.

Please note: The one-on-one online coaching is an interactive session in which both parties (you and the NPO representative) exchange know-how at eye level. You act as a sparring partner for the non-profit organisation. You provide impulses and feedback and possibly develop initial solution proposals together with your counterpart. The matching, that means the decision which non-profit you will be assigned to, takes place shortly before the meeting. Therefore, we cannot give you any information about the non-profit in advance.
