Strategic management is an important tool for ensuring the future viability of organisations. A strategy provides a common direction, guides actions and strengthens the focus on a common goal. However, particularly in not-for-profit organisations, there is often not enough time to devote to it in the day-to-day running of the organisation.

In this coaching, you will receive constructive feedback from a corporate volunteer on your organisation’s existing strategy or help on how to develop a sustainable strategy.

Preparation: At the beginning of the session, please introduce your organisation, your current strategy and, if applicable, problems and challenges. We also recommend that you prepare specific questions to make the best use of the time.
